The subsequent follow-up involves the educational establishment’s professional staff, according to their competences and skills. However, the key role is played by the school counselling service, which is professionally competent to advise, discuss and plan a course of action with an individual, group or class. An important role in the process intervention or in the team, formed in the educational institution following perceived violence, is the class teacher. The head teacher is also part of the team and should be aware of the act of violence and the course of action at all levels (individual, group, class).

How long the work with individuals or the class will take, how intensive it will be, who will be involved, depends on the individual case and the professional judgement of the team in the educational establishment.
